Princess Beatrice tells Trump: This hat gives me power

Despite friends advising against it, princess Beatrice of York dared to wear a controversial headpiece during White House visit.

Dodgy pieces – Liv’s questionable journalism

The public was puzzled when British princess Beatrice of York met with Donald Trump in the White House to give him some advice on his policy-making. But as it turned out, it was a light pink fascinator as oval as the president’s office that ended up receiving all the attention.

Before having lunch, Princess Beatrice and Donald Trump met in the office accompanied by an eager crowd of journalists and photographers. After a few words from the president, the princess casually interrupted showing no reluctance to take the floor.

At first, she started speaking about some imprisoned criminal named Larry Hoover with six life sentences, who seemed to have no one’s sincere interest.

“There are theories that there is an infinite amount of universes and alternate universes, so it’s very important for me to get Hoover out, because in an alternate universe I am him,” the princess said leaving everyone including the president even more confused than before she started talking. Later, political analysts suggested that it might had to do with Hoovers previous identity as gang leader “Prince Larry”.

But then she got to the important part: her own remarkable taste in head

wear. She made it clear, that it meant a great deal to her to wear exactly that oval hat, and that she wore it despite the lack of support from her friends.

“They tried to scare me to not wear this hat, my own friends!” she told the press sitting in front of the president who nodded supportingly. The princess continued:

“But this hat gives me power in a way.”

Stole Trumps’ spotlight

But the 30-year-old princess didn’t stop there and continued the uninterrupted monologue for the next 10 minutes, sounding like a messiah who had come to resolve all the problems in God’s own country. At the same time, she praised the president, and gave him the credit for the magical hat.

“It was something about when I put this hat on, it made me feel like Superman. You made a Superman cape for me,” she said.

When she finally stopped talking, even the president was left speechless, and even he seemed to be thinking “What just happened?” so he said:

“I tell you, that was pretty impressive,” Trump said, while the press responded politely with a stiff laughter, he continued:

“Do you want to say something?” The president asked one of the other attendants and continued “How do you do after that?” like he was actually in need of the answer.
